Jiu-Jitsu: All Levels (GI)

Class Monday & Wednesday from 7:45pm-9pm. This class is for both beginners and advanced students. Techniques will follow the BJJ curriculum in order so students can progress at their consistent pace, whether beginner or advanced.

Jiu-Jitsu: Beginner (GI)

Jiu-Jitsu classes for beginner students are Friday 6pm-7pm & Sunday 2pm-3pm. Classes will cover self defense and fundamentals for new or young progressing students. Students will follow the BJJ Curriculum and have chances to earn promotional stripes.

Jiu-Jitsu: Open Mat (GI or No-Gi)

Friday 7pm-8pm & Saturday 12pm-1:30pm.
Open mat is for all levels where students can drill or roll freely. Great time to advance and sharpen their skills. All schools are welcome as well.

Jiu-Jitsu: (No-Gi)

Class Thursday 7:45pm-9pm. No-gi, submission/grappling/wrestling techniques ranging from beginners to advance will be taught based on the BJJ no-gi curriculum.
